Special Needs Resource Fair

The Special Needs Resource Fair will give parents and caregivers an opportunity to learn about groups and businesses in our community that provide services to individuals with special needs.

The event will give area providers the chance to distribute information and talk with parents/caregivers about services that may benefit an individual and their family.

A panel discussion will allow parents/caregivers an opportunity to ask questions of: 1. an attorney for guardianship, trusts, SSI, wills, 2. the local IDD authority (Hill Country) for access to services paid by state, 3. Age birth to three regarding diagnosis and early services (Any Baby Can).

We encourage parents to come and learn about area services available to their son/daughter, to ask questions of the providers, and talk with other parents about things that have helped them with care.
